Summary:

At Wolfgangs Cooling, Heating & Plumbing we are looking for the right individual to add to our growing team! Our focus is our customers and our culture. We truly believe those go hand in hand! Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
  • Respond to email, text and Digital booking inquires.
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
  • Research every issue and provide solutions to them.
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer record data.
  • When assigned, attend educational seminars.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow our customer engagement strategy.
  • Back up Dispatchers when necessary

Schedule:

Winter Hours: Our call center is open from 7:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Customer Service Representatives will be scheduled 40 hours/week.

Summer Hours: Our call center is open from 7:00am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Customer Service Representatives will be scheduled 40 hours/week.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year Call Center Inbound / Outbound Sales experience preferred.
  • Appointment scheduling experience is preferred.
  • 1-year Working in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical environment, residential service industry experience preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual English / Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong Knowledge of Excel & MS Office programs
  • Must be Outgoing, Friendly, Energetic
  • Be Team-oriented as well as being able to work independently.
  • Problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Abide by and meet all attendance guidelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver with exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with handling escalated calls is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan Operating system is a plus!
